Well, dear and patient blog, it’s been a while. Apologies for the down-time – but I haven’t been idle. After a stint of consulting, I returned to cheffing –  working at Henry’s on the Upper West Side for a very pleasant year before landing a job at Dig Inn as Corporate Chef, in 2013. This position has been the ideal intro into the  world of  cutting-edge fast-casual for me. I have learned a great deal and am working with some amazing people. My entire thinking on feeding the masses with affordable, flavorful, healthful food has been totally rocked! From revolutionizing the supply chain to the joys of seeing your work reach thousands – it’s pretty thrilling..
